The itineraries are planned with great care, although, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities in the itinerary or the specified route, and though such cases are unusual, in general the itinerary should be treated only as a basic guide.
HIRED TOURS (cancellations and refunds)
- Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted by email and include all pertinent information and will be answered within 24 hours.
- If a cancellation is received 34-16 days before the date of arrival in Peru, the refund will be subject to a penalty of 70% of the contracted price.
- No refund will be given if cancellation is received less than 15 days before the date of arrival in Perú, in the event of no-show of the (the) passenger (s) or in the event of a cancellation during the trip.
- Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to climate conditions, rain, landslides, reasons of force majeure, acts of God, riots, strikes etc.., or others beyond the control of the hotels, airlines, suppliers or Fabulous Peru Tours or its affiliates.
- In these cases our company is not responsible for this type of events and reserves the right to modify or postpone the tour with an additional cost for extra expenses.
– NO refund will be made as a result of such interruptions or cancellations beyond our control.
- In all travel arrangements Fabulous Peru Tours proceed on behalf of our customers, organizing on their behalf transport, accommodation or other tourist services, for which we do not assume liability for accidents, losses, delays or interferences with the tour for some reasons that do not involve our responsibility, especially in the case of programs and schedules.
- The vehicles used in the tours have Accident Insurance against all risks.
- Our company is not responsible for any illness, pregnancy or physical or mental disability, which may endanger the health or integrity of any passenger or third parties during the development of the contracted tour or that, may imply any limitation or impediment for our services tourist. Therefore, the Company will NOT recognize any claim or refund due to any such above mentioned concept.
- We request you to report it before hiring our services, about any limitation of this nature, in order to recommend special services.
